How do I create my account?

It’s very easy. Click on the person icon in the top right corner, and you’ll be redirected to “Sign in to your account.” Click on “Create an account,” and you’ll be asked to enter an email address where a link to create your account will be sent.

Open your email and follow the link to complete the account creation process.

You can also access the registration link directly here.

How can I change my login details and my shipping address?

Once you are logged in, go to “Account”. In the left-hand column, you’ll find “Edit Account”, where you can update your personal details, and bellow that, “Addresses”, where you can modify your address.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Go to “Account”, and below the email and password fields, you’ll see “Forgot your password?” Click there, and you’ll be guided through the steps to reset your password and access your account.

You’ll need to enter your email address, and a password reset link will be sent to your inbox.

How can I delete my account?

We’re sorry to hear that you no longer wish to stay with us.

To delete your account, please contact us here and we’ll take care of it for you.

Is there a minimum order?

There isn’t one. You can order only what you need.

What payments methods can I use?

In our store, we accept debit and credit cards.

Can I place an order by phone or email?

No, orders can only be placed through our online store.

How do I know my order was placed successfully?

After completing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the relevant information. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.

If you haven’t received the confirmation within 24 hours, contact us here and we’ll check your order for any issues.

Where can I check the status of my order?

If you have an account on our website, you can check your order status under “My Account” > “Orders”.

Can I modify or cancel an order after payment?

Once an order has been paid for, its details cannot be modified.

As a general rule, orders cannot be cancelled once the purchase has been completed. You will receive your order and may then request a return.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you, although cancellation will depend on the processing status of the order.

Where can I find my invoice?

Will I receive a shipping confirmation for my order?

Yes, we will notify you by email when your order leaves our warehouse.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will be processed as quickly as possible. Once it has been processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation.

Delivery times will depend on the product.

On average, delivery will take 7-10 business days. Custom products will take longer to arrive.

How much are the shipping costs?

There are no shipping costs — your order will be delivered FREE of charge.

What should I do if there’s a problem with my shipment?

Please make sure to include your order number that you can find viewing your details from your orders section

Can I return my items?

Yes. If you’ve changed your mind, you can return the product within 15 or 30 days from the date of receipt. The specific return period will depend on the product and can be found in its description.

Please note that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

If the product is defective or incorrect, can I return it?

If the product is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 15 days after receiving it.

To process the return, we will ask you to provide your order number as well as photos or videos of the damaged product, so we can report it to the supplier and process the refund.

Once we receive this information, we will handle the return and let you know the next steps to follow.

How will I receive my refund?

The refund will be made using the same method used for payment, once the returned item has been inspected.

If a claim is approved, suppliers are responsible for replacing or refunding the order. You must report issues within 15 days of receipt. The exact refund timeframe depends on the supplier’s policy and the specific situation.
